Coaching

One-on-one coaching focuses on uncovering the beliefs and thoughts that may be blocking your wisdom or keeping you stuck. Furthermore, coaching helps you develop the courage and resilience needed to utilize that wisdom so you can locate your purpose, actualize your dreams and live your best life. If taking your scribbling further is part of that picture, we will explore that too!

Working from a mind-body-spirit approach, I incorporate mindfulness, breath work, deep listening, inner dialogue, scribbling, and the Tarot.

My approach is person-centered not built around a one-fits-all formula. We work together in partnership where you get to be the expert. It is through powerful questioning I support you to constantly experience that “aha!” feeling of having known the answer all along- someone just needed to ask you the right question, and be willing to listen to your answers.

Moreover, I  teach you how to self-coach so you feel a sense of agency over your life, self confidence and self worth.
